1. EBA news.
(Ignacio) A number of questions are frequently asked in relation to the current EBA implementation. As the future EIOPA implementation is based in the same filing rules, the answers should be also useful. After conversations, it is proposed a FAQ site, namely faq.eurofiling.info, to cover initially EBA and EIOPA frameworks, but also usefukl for other supply chains.

13 XBRL EU Day & 19 Eurofiling . May 5, 6, 7. Rome.
(Ignacio) Wednesday 7th – The International eSupervision Foundation initiative invites to an open discussion about Data standards, technology, supervisory frameworks, policies and guidelines. Updated agenda at http://eurofiling.info/201405/AgendaRome2014.pdf
(Gilles Maguet) As to answer to the regular requests from the National and European supervisors, in parallel to the next 19th Eurofiling Workshop and the 13th XBRL Europe day (XBRL week in Rome) on the mornings of the 5th& 6th of May, XBRL Europe for the first time organises a Solutions Roadshow for vendors to present their off-the-shelf products and turnkey solutions.
XBRL Europe will thus allow the vendors, who have to be either direct member of XBRL Europe or member of one of XBRL Europe’s member XBRL jurisdictions, to make presentations of their products at no costs, as an advantage of their membership, for the benefit of the National and European supervisors who will be largely present there.
In principle twelve slots are available for these days and selection criteria will apply as described in the document enclosed. The solutions roadshow will be managed by the Chair of the XBRL Europe COREP FINREP Solvency II Working group Derek de Brandt. Selection criteria’s will apply as described in the document enclosed and the final criteria is based on the “first arrived first served” principle.
Vendors wishing to get a slot for presentation have to make their candidacies before the 7th of April COB at email@example.com.
Already received about 90 registrations for 120 seats. It is recommended not to delay.
